Since Bjewel is a one-person studio, please allow 3–10 working days for processing your shipment. We are committed to dispatching every order promptly. During holiday seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Valentine’s Day, processing may take longer, but we’ll do our best to ship orders as soon as possible.

Kindly note that all the orders will only be processed from Monday to Friday, weekends and Malaysia Public Holidays will not be included.

Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.

Our courier service providers are J&T, Fedex, DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju or etc.

For the rest of the region, the delivery cost will be as follows.

• West Malaysia: RM7
• East Malaysia: MYR 12
• Singapore: MYR 22 (by Aramex) or MYR 48 (by SFexpress)
• Taiwan: MYR 50
• Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Macau, Thailand, Vietnam: MYR 105
• Rest of the countries: MYR 148

If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you for an alternative address. We can resend it to this new address, but you will need to cover the additional postage fee. Please note, we can only resend orders once.
